What went well?

I fiddled with the temp., dropping to 430 after putting in the oven. Although internal temp. reached 208°+, it was golden on the outside and not burnished (if that’s the right word) and was gummy inside.

What didn't?

Stick to 450° but incorporate some corn meal on the bottom, to help avoid bottom being too thick. And leave in an extra 5 mins. and compare results. Also, kitchen is always cold. Need to find a way to keep Ergo a bit warmer.
