Peach sourdough foccacia
Recipe SourceHere's how Brendan rated their bake:
What went well?
Using sugar honey and peach was a new experience, was fun to try out something different and sweet.
What didn't?
I think the sugar caused the bread to be sponge like, and even after torching the top a bit it still felt under done. I would add rosemary if I tried this again, and remove the honey glaze.
