Dry ingredients 900gms flour 60gms sugar 20gms salt 20gms dry yeast Wet ingredients 1/2cup canola oil 1 egg 2 cups warm water 1 cup starter(well hydrated, liquidy)

Hi Chad, this is Cathi, Laura is my sister and just told me about this website . Looks very exciting. Looks like you’re having fun and your bread looks delicious. I just started my very first sourdough starter on August 16 this last summer. It’s been a big learning process, but enjoying it very much.
