What went well?

Like the heavy rye taste. Not as sour since it was a bit shortened and the bulk was cold, rather than the prove.

What didn't?

Shows a higher rye works ok. Wouldn't repeat though, or at least would be more intentional.

Other notes

Overall I think it went pretty decent. Flavor was great. A bit gummy at first, but after a day really settled well. New lame, which I did a pretty terrible job with :/
