What went well?
The feeling of redemption after a disastrous previous attempt (with a different recipe)
I skipped the second "lift and stretch" in the pan because it had expanded into most of the pan, but the dough ended up rising a bit more on one end than the other, making for a bread that's a bit thicker on one end
Topped it with chopped garlic scapes, thinly sliced purple scallions (the loooooooooong way), rosemary, flaky salt, and a big, healthy squirt of Graza Drizz. Excited to try this recipe again with different toppings!
