What went well?
Have WAY too much discard right now so used this Little Spoon Farm recipe as a jumping off point to make some scones. Subbed in whole wheat flower + oat milk, and added a ton more mix-ins, including some homemade granola from a few weeks ago.
Would mess with the glaze a bit—this one didn't do too much. I think a proper egg wash or a post-bake glaze might be better.
