Great rise, really happy with the crumb, perfect color on the top.

What didn't?

I totally botched the bottom and burnt it! I forgot I needed a pan to dissipate the heat down there.

Mixing Focaccia dough by hand is tiresome. It makes me want to get a Kitchen Aid.
