Would love a bit more vertical rise, but it's hard to get it to maintain shape when putting into deep dutch oven because it stretches down when you're lowering it in/not getting burned.

September 06, 2020Great color on the crust. Have you tried lowering it with parchment paper flaps? Worth googling around for tips there.
