The crust was great, the crumb was so-so even thought the result was moist and chewy.

Your loaf looks awesome! I had problems with the bottom of my loaves burning initially too, and learned that putting a baking sheet one rack below the Dutch oven helps spread out the bottom heat from the oven better. Also, moist inside might just be a matter of cutting into your bread too quickly; mine have the same problem if I cut before it's cooled for at least 5 hours. Great job!
