What went well?

Super easy! The ferment went well, and the final rise was great even after being in the fridge. These will be great to make and pop in the freezer, they remind me a lot of the frozen rolls my parents used to get and surprise us with in the morning.

What didn't?

Need to roll the dough thinner for a better roll. The filling spilled quite a bit and I think next time baking them in the parchment paper and then removing them will be key. Edges were a bit tough, need to respect the rest time more.

Dough needs a little more salt or richness to it, will try the alternate version next time
