What went well?

Most even crust I've gotten yet, and crumb was much less dense. Both rises went well and tolerated me fussing with food coloring. Held shape well!

What didn't?

The crust on top did not brown as evenly or deeply as would have liked. Still a little soft on top.

Food coloring painting very fun, need the white base and make sure to thin first next time!
