What went well?

A good post-shape prove. Used oil to lubricate my hands and surface during the shape, rather than flour. I was able to get a good shape and place it down without it sticking too much. The final loaf is the most professional-looking loaf I’ve ever made.

Other notes

I’m also out of local hipster flour, and on to supermarket stuff. I wonder if that made a difference to the prove??
