What went well?

Dough handled quite nicely for how low in gluten this was.

Other notes

Ingredients were measured volumetrically, so ingredients might be inaccurate. Otherwise, taste was quite mild and there might not have been enough salt. Would like to give this another shot with all of the ingredients measured out correctly.
