What went well?

I really loved the crumb of this: super moist. Crust was nice and crunchy, and the taste was pleasantly nutty.

What didn't?

I used the 'ice cube trick' to create steam for the darker loaf, but that did not work out. Created a pool of water, which made the bottom bake weirdly.
