Nice rosemary taste and very fluffy texture thanks to the oil.

Other notes

The bread was harder to shape and didn't look as 'picture-perfect' as other loaves. It seems there is a tradeoff between adding oil and having the bread look perfect. I wonder if hydration can play a role here too.
