What went well?

The taste came out quite nice! The rye and triticale definitely go nice together.

What didn't?

Add bread flour.

Other notes

I was out of bread flour, so ended up making stuff up. It was super hard to build a strong dough, so I ended up relying on the bread pan. It was a tasty loaf, but bread flour definitely helps create structure.
