Other notes

I didn't have bread flour for the smaller flour portion, so I used wheat all-purpose flour instead. Wheat's actually not bad in focaccia! Baked this in a cheap pan tho, so it stuck to the bottom, and we baked it slightly too long too. Toppings: green olives, roma tomato wedges, rosemary, smoked sea salt, dried garlic.
