Added olives to the small loaf — def recommended.

What didn't?

Used one half of the dough to make thin crust pizzas. Not bad, but not amazing for pizza.

Other notes

Next strategy: make this recipe using only small loaves, wrap and freeze them, and defrost one whenever we need a side of bread .
