Might need slightly more water to get to hydration level of original recipe.

Not as many air bubbles as the original recipe but very tasty and more... healthy?

May 26, 2021Doh, just saw this! I think the oats are my fave :D I tried to emulate the Marathon Bread from Wegman's, so next time might add the other stuff too (carrots, apples, bananas). I thought it wasn't sourdough, but now that I'm looking at the ingredients online apparently it is sourdough-based!
