What went well?

Making bagels wasn’t as hard as I thought! Used maple syrup instead of malt syrup and it worked just fine.

What didn't?

I only had pizza dough flour and 12% whole wheat flour to use, so next time I’d get a regular high protein flour for it.

Other notes

My first bagels! Made in a rush so the shapes are weird, but they don’t taste too bad.
