100% hydration level

Made using 100% white all purpose flour. 50g of AP and 50g of filtered water to start. Fed at a 1:1:1 ratio for about 2 weeks (1 week before seeing results, 1 week to ensure it was strong enough). This was stored in a dark, warm environment (~22-23C).
